We hired Valerie to be our wedding coordinator and are very happy with our choice! Before the wedding she was great at communicating with us promptly, which was a big reason why we chose her. She was also able to give us suggestions on decoration ideas to tie together some of our themes which were greatly appreciated.

On the day of the wedding, she showed up at the start of the day and helped make everything run smoothly, organizing the vendors and caterers to their correct locations.

Our wedding was a 200 person affair at a ranch. We were given a lot of leeway with our choices, and Valerie was able to tie it all together into a wonderful event. If we were to do it all over, we would choose her again in a heartbeat! More...

It would be impossible to do the full schedule for our wedding without Valerie. It was stressful for us! But Valerie handled the wedding schedule & worked with vendors very well.

Due to some things happening at the wedding that pushed the schedule and timeline out of order which Valerie noticed and she went ahead to change things so that they all worked out. For instance, the speeches went on for a little too long and we nearly missed our sunset pictures but she pushed the cake cutting back a little and we were able to have our sunset pictures.

There was some slight miscommunication in the beginning but it all worked out and was successful at the end. More...

Tammy and I hired her to decorate the wall at our wedding last May 2016. She did a great job decorating with lights. So beautiful! We loved her. :)
