Fraudulent "lender"

They offer loan term sheets to borrowers so they can collect a huge deposit only for them to back out of the closing at the 11th hour.

Don't make the same mistake we did and lose time and money with this "lender" More...

I live next door to a building owned by USC. They exemplify why management companies make lousy neighbors and community members - their behavior clearly indicates that they don't give a damn about the community from which they are profiting.
