I am really happy with Universal Pest & Termite Inc. We have had service with them for close to a year now and I haven't had any complaints. We live close to a water source so there has been an issue with ants when we first moved here. I got a recommendation from a neighbor and i have been happy with their service. The staff from the secretary to the technicians have all been helpful, courteous, professional and punctual. Great customer service. Never late, techs are efficient and personable. I get personal service from everyone- office staff and technicians. The first visit they determined my needs and explained my options. The rodents I attracted feeding the squirrels are gone and there are no bugs in the house. I would recommend Universal to anyone needing pest control services.

Customer service over the phone and in person is excellent! Never had an issue, called for ants and they never gave me the run around when dealing with them. After the first spray, we didn’t really see any decrease. Called about two weeks later, they came back out and assisted. We saw a dramatic decrease in ant population. I had called them last week because I thought I had heard something in my attic. They came out the next day to see what was going on. They gave me all the info on what I would need done, turns out I needed all new duct work and insulation because roof rats had destroyed my attic. It was actually a lot less than I thought it would be, and they were also able to remove them all, as well as replace everything in my attic. They were able to get the job done just a few days later.
