I didn’t get to use union studio due to a medical issue. As soon as I get a release from my doctor I can not follow through at this time, however as soon as I have the opportunity I will call Union Square, I enjoyed talking with her and she was vey welcoming and informative.

Today was my 1st yoga class & Rachel was great at explaining the different poses. I had no trouble keeping up other than when my body resisted the pose. She encouraged me to go at my own pace & that this was my personal workout. I was feeling tight in many areas & very tired but after class I felt aligned & energetic. Thank You Rachel! I have taken classes with Rachel for over a year now. She would come into Zumba with confidence and a smile that lit up the room. She is always happy. Until recently, I hadn't taken a class taught by Rachel because I get in my little comfort zone and am afraid to venture out.Rachel inspired me to try something new. I decided to try her yoga class. I have never done yoga and was extremely intimidated. Rachel, however, made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She has the most soothing voice and personality. Her teaching style makes learning easy and fun. She is patient and gentle in making sure you are doing the exercises correctly. She also does not push you beyond what your body is able to handle.
