I haven't done any type of work out in years until this past weekend. This class was great. It's good for starters and people that have been training for years . (you go at your own pace and chose your own weights) Jeremy did really good encouraging you to keep going and not letting u cut your self short. I recommend this class to anyone. If you don't like classes he offers one on one training as well. More...
