How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We find out what style of menu they are looking for, likes and dislikes and whether there are any restrictions. From there we offer a few sample menus for clients to choose from.
What do you love most about your job?
Getting to create new and different menu items all the time and sharing it with others.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Wanting to offer what we wanted and in our own way. Working for others doesn’t usually mean that you get to really utilize all of your creativity.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because we put a lot of time, effort and creativity in everything we do to make each event the best it can be.
