Is there a way to select 6 stars? Danny is the man. I will try to make a long story short here, but I wanted to get an NBA team specific shirt for my wife and same day. So . . . being the good husband I am, I went to the mall and to the nine stores there that I thought would sell something like that. They all didn't. I called every store you could think of in the Phoenix area, and the only NBA shirts you could buy were Phoenix Suns related. So I happened to come across Twisted Image and I gave them a call and Danny answered the phone. He listened (and laughed in good fun) at my predicament, and less than four hours later I was headed home with a shirt for my wife to wear to represent her team. These guys are absolutely amazing! Danny took the time to chat with me and review all of the different options that we had for our screen printing needs. Danny at Twisted Image won a customer for life last week.I'm a small business owner. I hate when people come to me expecting ridiculous things, so when I had an opportunity to appear on TV to market my business and I needed to rush a t-shirt order, I contacted Twisted Image for an iron-on custom shirt (and being honest, even then I was still pushing it). Danny wasn't having it. "I'm gonna make you look great on TV," he said. He didn't know me from any other Joe, but he made screens and produced two samples of a screen printed shirt in stupid short notice and the result was we had amazing shirts to wear on our TV spot.He did this because he is like that. No, for real, while I was waiting to pick up my order, another customer in front of me in line was given that same incredible I-care-about-my-customers attitude. I recently started working with Danny and Miguel at twisted images and I must say.. They are absolutely superb, understanding and good people! All of our shirts so far I've absolutely loved.. Guys like Danny and Miguel are the type of business partners that have restored my faith in customer service... Danny is the type of owner who will literally DO ANYTHING it takes to ensure that you walk away happy as a customer. As he had said since the day I met him "I work for you so whatever product or time that you need it in I got your back 100%". From that moment on I already had a good feeling about it already. The product that I received felt like I had made a masterpiece that you would see in your typical brick and mortar retailer. I have personally worked almost a decade in retail as well as the hospitality industry and when I say great customer service I mean THE ABSOLUTE BEST customer experience I have ever received as a consumer! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME going around trying to find local printing companies in the valley. Went to about 5 local shops and felt like I was trying to be hustled and taken advantage of because they would push their own agenda on what they had in mind ($$$$$). Then we came across Danny's shop and had to rush an order out because of the lack of follow up from the other local shops... with also what I would say was an unrealistic ETA on the product but after staying past close till 11:23 PM that night he made it happen to meet our deadline for our company long sleeve shirts.
