An AMAZING school to learn traditional Tae Kwon Do. Classes for all belts and ages offered. If you are looking for a family friendly yet well discipline school this is a wonderful balance of the two! !! An awesome studio! The head coach is all about the kids goes above and beyond for her students. She does everything she can to not only make them feel comfortable but allow them to grow and shine at their own pace. She keeps a fun and comfortable atmosphere for all ages. Master Michelle was amazing with my Grandson. She is an incredibly patient and engaged teacher who truly cares about her students. Her guidance helped to thrust my Grandson forward in this art, where he excelled and more importantly, gained self confidence and athleticism. Master Michelle is always available for questions, consultation, and harbors a fun and positive atmosphere for her classes. Mrs. Michelle is an amazing teacher. I've been with her for 10 years and I can honestly say that I've learned so much from this woman. I started when I was 6 and I am now 17 with a First degree black belt and a couple trophies and medals here and there. I have qualified for nationals and I've had my fair share of competitions. The environment is a very friendly one and you will make friends very quickly. She also adjusts her training with each student so that they feel comfortable. I first met Michelle when she was teaching Taekwondo with the Frederick police athletic league in 2006. My daughter was in kindergarten when we heard about the program so we went to check it out. My daughter and I immediately fell in love with Michelle. She is really great with the kids and it looked like so much fun I asked if I could join the class as well. Even though she primarily teaches children she let me join and even now that my daughter has grown up and moved on to other interests I have stayed with Michelle. She makes everyone feel welcomed and is very patient and kind hearted. Since I have been taking lessons from Michelle I have not wanted to go anywhere else! I highly recommend her studio to everyone regardless of age or skill level! It is an excellent way to get a good workout! More...

We found Michelle's place by chance years ago and it has been the best for my girls. Michelle took my youngest, who is very shy, under her wing and has been a great mentor from day one.
She restored her confidence, prepped her for competitions that I never thought she would do! My daughter earned trophies and medals at every competition!
My older daughter took the kickboxing classes and loved it as well. This place has a family friendly environment and I love the one on one attention the kids get when needed. I highly recommend TUCKERS TKD!
