Our technician did an excellent job!  He was polite, professional & friendly.  We had a yellow jacket nest that we had unsuccessfully tried to exterminate multiple times ourselves.  Once Truly Nolen helped us, the problem was solved.  Other than a few confused stragglers, the bees were gone right away.  He was very thorough and took the time and steps necessary to make sure the job was done right.  We are very pleased & appreciative! I had a bad mice problem. I had called them expecting them to be here in a week, but instead they came the next day. I had Dustin from this company come out to inspect my house for bed bugs just today. My daughter, unfortunately, has to stay in a home for visitation purposes that has them. She is terrified to sleep at night there and we wanted to be sure they were not here also.
As it turns out there are no bed bugs here. While we didn't need treatment, Dustin was extremely informative and kind. He was a top notch professional at every level and he also gave us great tips on how to stay diligent to avoid getting them.

I will add he spent a small amount of time with my daughter to help put her mind at ease. Just a great guy and a great company.

I called two other nationally known pest control companies and got nowhere when it came to dealing with a rat in my house. I found out about Truly Nolen from my sister and gave them a call. Within two hours Travis was at my house coming up with a solution to my problem. He didn't try to sell me a long term expensive plan that didn't address my immediate problem. The price was reasonable and was a one time fee for getting rid of the rat. The next day Nick showed up on time and carried out the plan of action. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional. One of the last things you want to find in your home is bedbugs. Unfortunately, we had them. And so did another family we know. We called Truly Nolen and were bug free after the first treatment. They called someone else and their children are being used as human bait because their treatment requires the bed bugs to continue feeding on the kiddos to die. Rick of Truly Nolan of New Holland was outstanding. I honestly don't know what we would have done without him. We were very concerned out when our tenant told us he thought he had bed bugs. Rick was out to do an inspection the same day we contacted him and came back the next day to do the treatment. He had completed a treatment to get the situation under control before any other pest company would even have been able to come out to inspect. He explained everything about the treatment plan to us very clearly and made us feel much better about the situation. Rick felt like a great ally during a very stressful time. His confidence, ability to describe how his treatment works, and his high level of customer service was a huge help. He was  very patient and answered all of my questions, even if I asked a million of them. He was great at communicating...easy to get in touch with and always available to speak. Rick really went above and beyond to help us. When he arrived for his follow up inspection and treatment, it turned out our tenant hadn't properly prepped the house so he was unable to do the full treatment. Rick offered to come back when the house could be treated properly at no extra cost to us because he said the treatment wouldn't work right since the house wasn't prepped. I don't think you'd find too many people who would be willing to do that since he lost all that time coming out. I thought it was a really honorable thing to do and we really appreciated it. He is just extremely fair and honest. You can tell he really cares about his job and about helping his customers. Rick's pricing was also very fair overall. In addition to giving us very good pricing on the bed bug treatment, he was also able to treat a small ant problem and gave us a very good price on that since he was already at the house. To sum it up, with Rick at Truly Nolan you get top notch service,  good pricing, very professional service, helpful communication, and generally a really nice guy.
