I can’t say enough good things about True Motion!! In the year I’ve been going, I’ve seen major changes - I’m way stronger, more energetic, happier and more positive all around. I highly recommend private or semi-private training sessions if you want to see results fast. I went from not being able to do one push-up to busting out 20 in the span of three months! Shout out to trainer Ryan Steenrod who is the absolute BEST!!!Great detail is spent in class to teach you how to move correctly. No risk of injury here! Ryan and Cesar are incredibly knowledgeable trainers, going way beyond the basics. They are motivating and supportive without being obnoxious. I saw the ads in Facebook about the 42 days challenge, and after researching information from other reviews, I decided to give it a try. I made appointment with Terri and he was super nice and friendly. They went through the whole program very details and make sure you understand if this is really what you are looking for. You need to pay a deposit just like a commitment, at the end of the 42 days, if you reach your goal, you will get it back and it’s totally free. Even if you can’t reach your goal, that money will go toward the membership if you decide to go with them for a long term. I saw people working out there, and talked to them, they were super happy with the coach and they were very happy with the result so far. I decided to do it and made a deposit that day. I then received email about the meal plan from the nutritionist and from the coach very clear about what I need to do, and I can email them back or meet them if I have any question. However, something came up, I can’t make it due to my niece needs a ride to school every day. I texted Terri and hoping if he could refund me, thinking it’s super hard to get it back due to the program will start the next couple days. However, he was super understanding about my situation, and he made an exception he refunded me back. Only legit business does that!!! I recommend you go to the place and check it out your self. They have very good reviews in Facebook from others as well! I’ll definitely come back and either do the challenge if they still have it or just join the membership for a long term! I just finished the 6 week challenge. My goal was to loose 6% body fat in 6 weeks, I came very close. The trainers are excellent and this is a good place to have an intense yet satisfying workout. It was hard for me to get a workout in after 12 hour days but I had fun. Thanks. More...

I'm a retired Marine as well as an active runner, hiker, and amateur athlete. This comes with some lingering injuries and occasional new ones when I am not as smart as I should be. I was told to seek out a sports massage therapist for some pain that I had developed. The problem I faced was that I had no idea how to pick out the right one. My wife and I discovered Michael by chance. After one session I saw instant results. I was completely comfortable. It is very obvious he knows and loves what he does. No pressure to return for more work. However, after the results you'll probably want to come back. I've already given away a stack of cards to my colleagues dealing with muscle and joint pain. I was stuck in a rut on my weight workouts and started looking around to find something with small group classes where I was going to be challenged, but not expected to do exercises I wasn't capable of executing perfectly. I had tried cross fit a couple of years ago for 6 months and kept getting injured. I've been working out here since June, I'm stronger than I've been in a few years, moving more fluidly, sleeping better, and I haven't experienced any injuries. In fact, I came in with some nagging discomfort in a few specific areas and those areas seem to be getting better every week (left elbow and right hip). The trainers all have different areas of focus and I've specifically taken classes with AJ, Ryan, Cesar and Talia and been very happy with all of them and enjoyed the variety. They each genuinely care about their students and create a supportive environment that people at a variety of different fitness levels can access. Moving my body in new ways has increased my mobility and strength and I can say that True Motion has done more for me than what I was looking for when I came in. I am an avid snowboarder and I can't wait to see how I ride this winter after putting in a few more months of work! More...

6 weeks later with True Motion, I am in the BEST shape I have been in decades. Talk about an immediate (and overdue) confidence boost! The challenge demanded a complete lifestyle change with physical commitment, but their program is legit and absolutely works!After just 1 week of strictly following the given meal plan and working out with them 3x a week, I saw instant results. The classes were always challenging and it was great to be surrounded by likeminded people who all had the same goals in mind. I couldn’t believe how fast I was shedding weight, not to mention how my body was being re-shaped. Halfway through the challenge I already concluded that this program was worth the money even if I didn’t meet my goal. Not only did I learn many new work outs from the trainers, who are all fantastic, I learned new recipes and cheat codes for eating clean that work for ME. I travel quite a bit and I love that I can do some of the work outs I learned anywhere I am. Within the 6 weeks the communication and support from the trainers were always easy and open. This was an amazing gateway to undo bad habits and start healthy ones. If I continue with this lifestyle that I learned from True Motion I can easily get the dream body I’ve always wanted. If you really go full throttle and follow the guidelines of their program, there is no denying the truth in the results. In just 6 weeks I lost 16 lbs and 7.4% body fat!!! More...

I did the 6 week challenge and saw results after the first week! I lost more than 10 pounds in the first 3 weeks and I’ve been trying to lose that weight for the past 5 years. They have classes that worked with my random schedule and offered a simple meal plan that was easy to follow. Granted, it was tough(especially coming from no athletic background and a fast food diet), but it was doable. Shout out to all the trainers I worked out with: Ryan, Cesar, AJ, Os, and Terry. I loved how they pushed me just enough throughout our sessions keeping the focus on my technique and how my body felt. They offer great tips on how to relieve muscle and joint pain. Just completed the 6 week challenge. It was tough but worth it. I lost 6 percent body fat in 6 weeks- which was my goal. All of the trainers are well educated in fitness and friendly. I would definitely recommend this challenge and this gym if you are serious about your goals. If you follow what they say, you will reach your goals. Ah, True Motion. I thought I knew quite a bit about fitness and a healthy lifestyle but you and your amazing coaches have taught me so much. It all started when I saw their six week challenge on Instagram and thought it'd be a good way to try and help jump start my friend's lifestyle choices. I'm always up for a challenge and thought "hey, I'll help my good friend lose 25 lbs while improve her health and fitness and all I have to do is lose 6% of my body weight in 6 weeks? No sweat!"Guess I wasn't paying attention during orientation, turns out the challenge for me was 6 percentage points of my body FAT. And when you start out at 26.4% body fat, 20.4% seems...far. I googled 20% body fat on women and was bombarded with pictures of fitness model types with totally flat stomachs. Insert poop emoji.The challenge consisted of working out in True Motion's group classes 3x/week, while doing cardio on your own no more than 2x/week. I was also given what I dubbed at the time as "the worst meal plan ever". Basically my only fat sources came from the lean protein in my diet (white fish, shellfish, chicken breasts). Insert a slew of angry expletives.The group classes were amazing. They were small, around 5-9 people in each class, and they was always variety in all the workouts. Each of the trainers I worked with, Ryan, AJ, and Cesar, all brought something wonderful to their classes and you can tell they really knew their stuff. Having a teaching background myself, I appreciated the way they would explain new workouts, and the little things they'd do to ensure proper form and body mechanics. I'd never done any workouts with kettlebells, and found myself swinging them around like a madwoman and using them to get up as the Turks do, I guess? Not really sure why the exercise is called a Turkish Get up but damn if it's not incredibly effective and difficult. My favorite class was probably Cesar's Flow Fitness class which would leave me dripping in sweat by the end of the hour but feeling like I danced all night (kinda felt like I was working out in a club haha).After the first few weeks the meal plan didn't bug me much anymore, as I learned to be resourceful in my food choices. I'd say during the entire six week challenge, I probably deviated from the meal plan about six percent of the time (meaning I had something I wasn't supposed to have in 8 of my 126 meals, usually a small serving of avocado because I don't have the willpower to turn down homemade guacamole.)As the weeks progressed, I did notice I was getting stronger and leaner, even though I wasn't dropping a ton of weight. During yoga one day I realized I could do a correct chaturanga pose like a machine. On a whim, I tried a difficult inverted climb in aerial silks and succeeded. I could now perform six perfect pull-ups in a row (used to max at 3). I even was able to fit in a pair of skinny jeans from 2010 that I never got rid of, thinking I'd be able to wear them again one day. Score!At the end of the 6 week challenge, I lost 9 lbs and my final body fat percentage was 18.7% (-7.8%). Boom. Though I loved this 6-week challenge and finished it successfully, I can't say my results are the norm as I did come across women who put forth a massive amount of effort but fell short, particularly one on the plant-based meal plan, and one lady in her late forties. But everyone who did participate in the challenge came out of it with real results and met some incredible people. I will definitely be buying a punch card for their classes, as I enjoy looking and feeling like a warrior princess after my workouts with them. Thanks, True Motion. Saw a 6 week challenge on my Instagram and couldn't resist. Found True Motion and was quickly registering for the challenge. It's 6 weeks, how hard could it be? It's hard but oh so good!! Just started week 3 and have had some fantastic improvements in life. (1) sleeping better!!! (2) eating better!!! (3) small group training sessions are challenging but doable at all abilities (4) feel better and stronger (5) dropped some lbs (6) seeing improvements with every session. I've had sessions with Ryan, Terry, and Cesar. ALL are AWESOME!! They each have different focus areas but also compliment each other's workouts. At the halfway point and feeling pretty good. This place is amazing. I have worked out with several trainers, Cesar, Terry & Ryan. They all have an incredible wealth of knowledge about the human body and movement. I don't just get great workouts I always learn about proper breathing, movement and proprioception of our body. These guys are on another level. Dr. Bender has helped me with neck pain several times. They have great massage therapists and acupuncturist as well. This place is like the human body shop. If you have pain or need help strengthening your body Truemotion is your place. More...

I just love the team here. I have been working one on one with Terry for over 9 months. I have had pain in my knees, neck and lower back for years but now not only has my pain lessened while using his vision training techniques but i truly feel strong all over. As its such a close knit facility i have been able to watch all of the trainers, their different strengths and expertise and respect all of their advice. Im looking forward to participating in some of the group classes like yoga soon. More...
