Force Free Paws was the best decision i could’ve made for my dog. He was traumatized by a compulsive trainer who believed my dog needed a prong and a shock collar. the trainer told me to put my dog down. I found heidi and now my dog is turning in to a completely different dog it’s amazing what Heidi can do. She is so knowledgeable about reactive dogs and understands them and their needs and behaviors. Heidi is one of the best dog trainers by far and everyone should go to her for their training needs! Force-free paws say it all. Compassionate, gentle, and caring about the dogs and their guardians. No pain or force or intimidation was used. Highly recommended!🐾🥰

Heidi saved my life. I was at my wits end with my one dog Savannah. My once sweet dog would not let me but her harness or leash on her any more, and when I tried she turned into "Cujo". She would bite me and the more I tried the worse things got. Heidi fixed this in one session. She explained why this was happening and how to approach it. I've had three sessions with her and it was worth every pennie. We also worked on my other dog Rosie excessive barking. Heidi gave me tools I can continue to use with behavior issues. I highly recommend her. She is very nice and easy to work with and my dogs loved her. My dogs are much calmer now and seem happier. I will be calling her again if I have any issues with my dogs in the future. More...

Heidi is a long time animal enthusiast and animal lover. She has a unique understanding of dog behaviors and tendencies. Us being both Dachshund owners, we share the same frustrations, but not surprisingly, her doxie is far better trained .

Highly recommend!

Heidi was super sweet, and definitely knew her stuff! Took the time to answer my questions, and you could tell she knew what she was talking about. Unfortunately we live on the opposite side of the country, so we couldn’t use her as our trainer, but I’m positive just from speaking with her, anyone would be lucky to have her as their trainer! Q&As

Understanding that the number one reason dogs are euthanized is because of behavior issues and not medical issues is a huge reason why we do what we do. What we do saves lives, every day, and there’s nothing more rewarding than that.

Life is much easier when you become your own boss and control your own money. You make your own schedule, you choose your own clients, and you get the option to relax at the end of the day and take breaks when you need it.

We are not dominance trainers. My company is built on positive, force free training methods that have been tested and proven without fail for decades now. We treat our dogs using science - not compliance. We use positive reinforcement, redirection, consistency, And environmental management to make changes in a dogs life. We don’t work with symptoms we work with the cause to make lasting changes in your dogs overall quality of life.

Services

Highly recommended for reactive or aggressive dogs, or dogs with compromised immune systems, as well as puppies not yet complete on shots.

Located in Buffalo group obedience classes help your dog learn and grow in a social environment. We work on social cues, as well as help you strengthen the relationship and increase your communication skills with your dog.
