Keri teaches you how to live, fuel, and succeed based on your own levels of activity, goals, and needs. She is not teaching you a diet, she is teaching you to have a healthy relationship with food and to see it for what it is - fuel. I learned to stop thinking of food as something to feel guilty about. I see it as keeping my body happy with consistency. No deprivation and starving! Go crazy for one day if you must, but get back to the consistency and see the results you are looking for.
