My wife and I both enjoyed the food here. It was fast service and very filling. Almost all meals come with at least one side. What a fantastic new place. Great location with super convenient parking and a very clean setting. This is a relaxing place with great food. I had the tri tip, hot links and ribs with coleslaw and some wine. The hot links are not for the meek, they are spicy and delicious and the ribs are meaty and fall off the bone tender with a good amount of smoke for flavor. This is a Corvallis must stop! More...

Just ate there for the first time. The sliders were very good. The Cuban was delicious. The cucumber salad and coleslaw were very good. We had pork barbecue and found it to be very good. Suggestions: when I got home I put more onion on the sliders which greatly improved each of them. Next time I will ask for more barbecue sauce because I thought it was pretty good. The coleslaw could be improved with dill seed. That would make it more southern. BBQ is very American and I am glad that BBQ is starting to catch on in Oregon because Oregon needs to improve it's culinary options. I grew up with all kinds of BBQ from N. Carolina to South Texas. The ribs were ok, but my mom has made MUCH better ones in her slow cooker, they were a bit fatty and greasy for my taste, but the fact that they had GF cheesecake is awesome, however apparently they are smoked so the crust of the cheesecake tasted a bit weird.

I really like the tri-tip. It wasn't over smoked I think the smoke flavor was just right and it was still moist. The coleslaw was basic. With the dinner I tried you have one side and 1 protein. And it was I believe around $14. With that being said the portions are really small. I was still hungry afterwards. My Daughter got The 3 sandwiches. She liked the sandwiches but she would have liked more meat on the sandwiches. The noodle salad wasn't my favorite it needed something I did like the bell peppers and tomatoes in it.My husband wasn't impressed with the bbq sauce. They only have one bbq sauce at the tables. I however didn't mind the bbq sauce it gave the pasta salad some need flavor. Mac and cheese would have been a hit if it was smoked. I love smoked macaroni and cheese. This place is pretty expensive but the meat was delicious! I would just order more meat. I haven't tried all the side but so far can live without.
