Absolutely phenomenal trainer. Transition3 takes the time to figure out your goals and help you execute. You will feel confident doing your exercises because you are taught proper techniques with extreme patients. Transition3 also provide tips and tricks for quick recovery plus advise foods you should eat, not just saying eat this eat that but with reason and portion control. Did I mention there are follow up calls just for wellness check ups! You want someone to train you and make you feel and look great.
