What makes a great website?
Three things:
1) Functionality
2) Adaptability
3) Analytics
NO website is "perfect", especially at launch. A site has to be easy to navigate and function for the end user. It has to be changeable by the business owner (You don't want to be forced to pay a web firm to make changes every time you want to change a picture, text and/or add products!) Analytics ties this all together and is the most powerful marketing tool at your fingertips!
Ultimately, your website your website is a tool that needs to be designed to get consumers to do, whatever it is you want them to do.
