Transcour Limo

I am extremely happy with their service. I made a reservation a day in advance because we were supposed to arrive very early the next morning. A few hours after I booked the service, I got a message that our flight was delayed and will arrive 1hour later. I called and told them about the situation and was told that it would be very hard to get a car during the peak hours. He was very understanding about my situation because it wasn't my fault and it was the airline. I was given a choice to either get a refund at that moment or wait it out. I chose to wait and see and if I didn't get a car I would've been refunded. As I waited in the airport, my flight was delayed twice. Once we arrived (3 hour delay plus another 45 minutes to get our luggage), I called them and asked if there was anyone available to pick us up (I apologize, but I forgot the name of our driver). He told me that he can meet us in 15 minutes. So was so ecstatic and relieved. After having a horrible experience of multiple flight/luggage delays and being up for more than 20 hours, we needed some kind of reassurance. Would give zero stars if it was a option, had 7 teenagers waiting for a ride to prom. Paid for the service online over a month ago. I rented a limo to take family and friends to a memorial at The National Cemetery.  Michelle was our driver, she was very sweet and accommodating. The car was a little older and had a few blemishes, but Michelle arrived before our pick up time and let my kids take a tour of the car.  She had cold, bottled water for us and made sure that the temperature in the car was comfortable.  Our ride was very pleasant and Michelle got us to our destination and back home safely.  If I need a limo again, Transcour would be my first choice and I would request Michelle.  Thank you,     T. This is by far the absolute worst car service I've ever experienced. You would expect in a service-oriented business to be picked up on time, with appropriate car seats for children, and proper service. <br>Not the case with this organization. Not only was the driver late, he took one suitcase and was not there prepared to transport a family. He walked on expecting us to know to follow him to an undisclosed location. We discovered that the vehicle had one car seat and a booster for twin two-year-olds. Neither were installed, safe, or appropriate. When we questioned the driver about what we had reserved, we were told there was only one car seat in the entire company and we were to remove ourselves from his vehicle, that he had somewhere else to go. <br>The next unfortunate part of this experience was the condescending owner, who kept repeating my name and telling me he was going to send someone else and challenging everything I said. Over two hours later, and several calls, and being threatened with not picking us up at all. (We were now at the airport 3 hours after the time we were to be picked up.) We finally had to make other arrangements to ensure the safety of our babies being transported from Orlando International. <br>Being a frequent business traveler, I have never experienced such horrible service. <br>Conversely, in Chicago, we experienced a great limo service that picked us up on time, with coffee, water, snacks for the babies, and two perfectly installed age-appropriate car seats, and we didn't pick up one suitcase for 5 people. <br>This company and its owner have a lot to learn about the service industry and appropriate customer care. We ordered this to celebrate our daughter's sweet 16. I can only give a Fair to Good rating though. Wish it were higher, because I had high hopes after conversing with the manager several times. But on our very first conversation I asked him to send a picture of the exact limo we would get, because some companies do bait and switch, and I said it must have the phone hookup so my daughter could play music with her 12 friends on her sweet 16 birthday outing. Unfortunately, the limo arrived and was quite old inside in the daylight, seats were worn and carpet stained. The driver knew nothing about the request for the iphone hookup (which I had confirmed THAT day with the manager), so my daughter had to go inside and get her portable speaker to play music. The driver wasn't sure which way to go, so we led in our car, which wasn't a big deal, but struck me as bit odd for someone who drives around Orlando for a living. We just use our GPS and get the quickest route. The kids weren't allowed to use the glasses, because it was a transfer, which wasn't a huge deal, they took water bottles. But the owner had said this was because we might have a different driver/vehicle on the way home. But when our driver dropped us off, he told them they could leave their bottles in the car for when he came back. I didn't let them because I had been told differently and we actually ended up throwing away all the water bottles which after a long night of dancing would have been nice to keep in the car for after. Sure enough, it was the exact same driver and car. Problem is, I confirmed upon drop off that he would be back at 11. I have a dozen teenagers whose parents were driving long distances to wait for us to get home. We left the restaurant at 10:50 and called the driver and he wasn't there yet. He arrived t 11:17, which may not seem like a big deal, but I had to text all the parents to say we would be 20 minutes late, and not all were pleased. We got home at midnight instead of just after 11:30. So, I will give a good rating because both gentlemen I dealt with were pleasant, but the quality of vehicle and getting what I ordered left something to be desired. The kids still had a great time.
