My wife and I have been training with Rey for about one year. We participate in the small group classes that he organizes.  It has been a very positive experience.  Granted, there are days that the workouts are tough and there are days that they are tougher, but we never regret it afterwards.  We have definitively seen progression and improvement, not only on our weight, but also, posture, physique and overall well-being.  One of the things that I value is that he is always available for us when we want to workout.  He has not missed a single day and has always been punctual.  A differentiator with other trainers is his attention to proper form while doing the exercises.  He monitors how we are performing the exercises to make sure that we are getting the best benefit and avoiding injury.  We highly recommend him.
