Unprofessional, over-priced, terrible communication.
Beware of this company if you need help with serving someone. I paid nearly $400 to have someone served and they had over a month to preform the service.
As soon as I paid, I would follow up and not hear back unless I inquired over and over. When I asked for a refund the owner called me a "crybaby" and said he would inform the person I was trying to serve to "avoid me" so effectively doing the opposite of what I hired them to do. Feel free to send me a message on this app for copies of the text messages so you don't make the same mistake.

Best service ever! When I files my claim at court they advised me to use Sheriff for delivering Summons, but they tried only once mid-day & mid-week when normally contractor is not home! and charged much more! so it was useless. Trailfinder, they tried several times until they got the contractor at the address and they delivered using bodycam which was amazing & well documented! Great job! & much less cost! I had Mr.Scott and he got my papers served in a very timely manner. I sent the papers and within 3 days he had them served. I wasn’t even sure if the person would be at the address I thought so I had him do a skip trace as well and he still found the person fast! Detective Scott did an awesome job. I had to serve 2 parties, one went smooth and quick, one required a skip trace and reserve for additional fees. Detective Scott found the person and they were served. I found Trailfinders to be the lowest process serve fee in CO and I shopped over half a dozen people and agencies. The sheriff's office had attempted to serve a small claims case to an attorney at his office in Colorado Springs. I did not have his home address, so I hired PI, Andrew with Trailfinder to find it. He was served within a couple of hours after I sent the claim to Andrew by E-mail. I highly recommend Trailfinder. Andrew answered the phone without having to go the usual automatic system. He answered all my many questions about the service. It was all a very simple process to first pay $35 online (WELL WORTH IT) to find the attorney's address within hours, then pay the $45 for service. SO much easier than dealing with the rude sheriff's office and then the service is only attempted one time for about the same fee depending on the zip code. And you don't even find out that the defendant denied service until weeks later when they send it back by US mail. Plus I had to pay an additional $55 to the clerk's office to refile the claim. I plan to have several subpoenas served on this case and others. I can rest easy knowing that Andrew WILL serve them and immediately inform me by E-mail when it is accomplished.
