Total Training Center

I tried this gym today for the first time and absolutely loved it. I signed up for a boot camp and the two women running it were compassionate, motivating and knowledgeable. I’m always very careful with my knees and any time there was an exercise that I felt wasn’t a good fit, they’d jump right in with a modification. I really felt at home the second I walked in and everyone was so friendly. I recommend this gym to anyone just starting out or if you have been working out for years. Top notch! More...
