I am not sure about anyone else but I know me and I hate anything that feels like working out. I have had gym memberships, tried different classes etc. It wasn't until I found Ariane's Zumba class that I found my place. I have been with her for over two years now and I am addicted. She teaches in a way that it is so much fun and it does not feel like a workout. However you will leave drenched and see the results very quickly. Dancing moves my body, mind, and soul. Total Blast Zumba gives me the opportunity to work out while having fun dancing to many different Latin rhythms. I go to the regular Zumba classes as well as the Zumba toning classes. It is the perfect combination of cardio and toning and it is amazing how fast I started seeing progress in my body. There are people of all different ages going to these classes and we adapt the intensity of the work out and movements to our own body needs.
