I was about 5-6 months out from my wedding when I realized that, although I was able to plan a lot of the big pieces of my wedding, all the little things were starting to add up and I needed some help. After meeting with a few different day-of coordinators, I had the pleasure of meeting Tori (the owner) of Tori Leigh Events. I was able to get a 60-day coordinator package (Aka her “day-of” coordinator package) for a VERY reasonable price. She was available to me from that day on, but really started at the 60-day mark. She was available via text, call, and email, and always very responsive to even the smallest questions. She helped coordinate and communicated between all of my vendors to ensure everyone saw my vision. She was also able to secure specific quotes for me for decor pieces I had yet to rent (farm tables). She led the rehearsal well and provided good feedback as to what would work and what would not. On the day of the wedding, she came to my parents’ home and helped take decorations to our venue (and brought my mom and I coffee!). She then set up said decor items and ensured every vendor was completing their tasks, as well. She picked up the lunch I had ordered for my bridesmaids and myself and dealt with an issue with our cake vendor (all without causing me any undue stress). She helped with the ceremony and during the reception. She also stayed after to help clean up and ensure we got all of our decor items and wedding gifts. Let me tell y’all about Tori and her team! She helped me plan my beautiful wedding in literally 6 months! Had worked with me during my melt downs and really took care of everything. I contacted Tori on a short notice for a floral arrangement for a tea party! She delivered, not only with a short time to prepare, but also in the midst of wedding season! Victoria is a pleasure to work with. We hired her and her team for day of coordination. Her services actually started 60 days prior to our event. She was super helpful working through logistics and timelines for the day. She handled the coordination of vendors including our florist and bakery to make sure everything was in place and ready to go for photos, the ceremony, and reception. Victoria helped us with our set up prior to the rehearsal and took care of all the last minute details at the ceremony and reception that we weren’t able to do the day before. She has a good eye for design and small details. I fully trusted her to execute my vision. After the wedding a few people told be about a few small issues that had happened throughout the day.
