Clients come to us with their challenges, expectations, ambitions and we listen to them. Then the team does what we call the Reframing Process which is the first phase of our creative process. After perceiving the frames of the client, we substitute them with other technical frames to get creative solutions which align with the purpose of the client. We then proceed to the second phase which is the Creative Flow. We let our genius or artistic side flow for the beauty, the humoristic, the aesthetic side of the project that speaks to the emotions of the buyers of the client.

We have specific Client Briefs that we give to our clients to get the general information and the technical and non-technical specific ones as well as credentials and the information about their competitors that will allow us to start a project. Those Intake Forms are really appreciated by our clients since we built them with their input through our experience. Depending on cases, we have also agreement forms that both parties should sign before we start the project.

My inspiration came from the secondary school where I got the idea to re-bind the books of my school torn by extensive and careless use for one year. The director of the school was so happy to save the money that he should have used to buy new books to replace the torn ones and that made me so happy that each year during the long holidays I was back to lend a hand. It made me a good money that I could spend to buy new clothing and notebooks for the coming year. Before I started that "business" I learned professional binding from an employee of a printing press whose son was a friend. After 3 years I extended my services to 2 other schools and hired 2 friends to help me deliver. I turned my passion for books in maintaining them and helping schools to save money. I can see that the same type of passion that brought me to websites and to learn to build them to help friends for free and as they were recommending me to others that were asking me for other services and advice for their marketing, I gradually started learning more to help them and finally after university, the idea to open my expertise to the corporate world instead of lecturing in a university.
