I have been working with TNT Marketing for over 4 years.  They designed my first website in 2013 and since then have designed business cards e-mail campaigns, telephone marketing programs and another website for me.  Noah's in-depth knowledge of websites and the digital marketing business combined with Tori's creative design talents are a great combination to create marketing materials that are effective and look great.  I highly recommend them for your next marketing project! SHORT ANSWER: Furthers the company's marketing and sales goals .

LONG ANSWER: A great website invokes an emotion and tells a strong story. It holds the visitors attention and draws them further into the site. It clearly communicates the unique selling propositions and has effective CTA's for all stages of the purchasing cycle.

LONGER ANSWER:
A great website is built for future development and doesn't box you in creatively to a place where you can't built out or up from. It runs fast and looks great on all screen sizes. It convinces people the risk is worth the reward and that giving up their anonymity on the internet for something of value or perceived value is worth it.

EVEN LONGER ANSWER:
A great website turns suspects into prospects, and prospects into qualified leads. It's designed with movable parts and designated promotional messaging containers that are easy to swap out and keep additional ongoing design costs low. It has well written search friendly content that helps bring more potential customers every day.

All websites we build include important tools for UXO, CRO, and SEO. Google Analytics and click, scroll, and eye tracking heat mapping software are integrated into every website design/dev we build. Our software also allows us to go from macro observations to micro ones by watching each individual visitor on the website. We apply powerful analytic tools that help us create great websites!

We also have a smart pixel option that can capture the contact info of the website visitors who don't fill out a form or call and still send them postcards, emails, text messages, and other marketing outreach tools and engagement strategies.

By identifying and eliminating ineffective advertising strategies quickly we can re-purpose those efforts to generate more leads and sales from the web. Part of building an effective marketing strategy is analyzing and understanding where the previous strategy fell short and alter course to meet the needs the marketing goals and achieve the projections set out for the project or campaign.

We like to discuss the marketing objectives or goals (why are we doing what we are doing) the timeline for any deliverable upfront. Our goal is to remove any ambiguity and possibility of scope creeping before we get started.

During the new client on-boarding process we will be asking for website/registrar access and passwords/logins for anything relevant in the spirit of our agreement. We will set up a shared folder on Dropbox to share media files.

Digital marketing projects include a marketing dashboard with weekly reporting. This dashboard will track your top 100 keywords, your citations, your reviews and ratings, your Google my Business (GMB) and a monthly or quarterly audit. We can also integrate it with your existing Google Analytics, Google my Business, and social media.

As far as making it official; either a signed statement of work, a signed agreement, or a signed credit card authorization will get the ball rolling.

Helping and teaching others. Showing clients, a better way and watching them flourish. Seeing their businesses go from struggling to buying all new equipment to upgrading offices to buying buildings to accommodate the number of employees that they now have. It's exciting and fulfilling.

I also love to come up with new marketing ideas exploring new frontiers and pushing boundaries. Always looking for that one idea that is going to 10X my client's company growth projections nearly instantly. I'm passionate about educating small to medium sized businesses.

I'm good with the messy business problems. Developing unique solutions for specific problems. I get to the bottom of the challenges that have plagued business for years quickly. You might have the right people on the bus but in the wrong seats. I believe in attitude over aptitude, aptitude can be taught.

My unique personality and approach to sales and marketing give me some tactical advantages over agencies who are more one dimensional. My role is to deliver quality leads that convert to sales and if they don’t, I find out why and fix what's broken.

The inspiration to start our own business was thrust upon us. Let me explain.

I used to have an advertising sales job and made great money, but I got complacent and my heart wasn't in it anymore. It was a 6-million-dollar company that I helped build and I was responsible for 1.5 million of the revenue annually. My wife was responsible for nearly half a million as well.

We had bought a house and got married when the economy collapsed in 2008. The company went out of business. No severance package, no warning, nothing. We vowed at that time to never let someone else control our financial destiny.

We let our clients know about what happened and offered them alternative ideas to move their budgets too; similar publications, new mobile options, broadcast, billboard, etc. I included an in-depth SWOT analysis of my previous competitors and other media vehicles. It was a very thorough email.

The response we got back was incredible. Besides my competitors wanting to hire me, several agencies offered me AE positions. An agency in Florida wanted to hire me based entirely on the time and dedication I put into that email while my whole world was falling apart around me. He said "I hire on attitude. Aptitude can be learned but I can't teach you how to care for your clients like you do. That is why there will always be a spot on my team for you.” It was posted on Reddit and I had 11 offers on the table.

Several clients thought about what I said and asked me to do their media buying and manage their local marketing. I accepted a board member position for S.A.F.E. San Diego Advertising Fund for Emergencies because I took the time to do the right thing and care about my client's advertising budget concerns.


My wife Tori, the first "T" in TNT, went to school for graphic design but wasn't using it any of those skills at our previous job. Being a small business owner isn't always easy but it's rewarding and it's exciting. I'm now doing something I'm passionate about!
