What inspired you to start your own business?
My daughter is the inspiration behind my business. After 12 plus years in corporate America, I realized that I wanted more for my daughter. I wanted to show her that there is more available to her. When I became a manager in my corporate America job, when I earned my Master's Degree, when I climbed the corporate ladder and reached the glass ceiling, I felt incomplete, unsatisfied and missing time with my daughter and family.
