We had our stucco home painted by Titan, and the team did a fantastic job! We met with Carl and Francis initially, who took the time to explain the entire process, from start to finish. They remained available to us throughout the entire process, day and evening, 7 days per week in case we had any questions. The crew came to work when expected, and always left our property neat at the end of each day. They even took the extra time to install our new house numbers. Our house had not been painted in a very long time, and the transformation was incredible. Two of our neighbors are now interested in using Titan. Fantastic! If you want one of the best, if not the best and highest quality paint jobs on your house, Titan is the place to go. They explained everything they would do and they did what they said they would do. From the preparation and change out of the damaged wood to the prep work and finishing touches. I rarely give reviews however I thought Titan really deserved a great review.  Everyone was very professional, from Pat who gave us the quote, Daniel the owner, and the crew who worked on our roof.  My roof looks amazing and they did an awesome job with the clean up every day they were here. We are new fans of Titan Home Remodeling!! My husband & I were in desperate need of some windows and French doors for our newly remodeled home. Titan Home Remodeling installed beautiful windows and french doors, addressed any concerns we had immediately and provided professional, courteous service.Pros: In depth initial consultation-very knowledgeable about their product; prices were reasonable; beautiful windows and French doors; quick response to questions/concerns installation was relatively efficient.Cons:Minor issues with French door locking and kitchen window shipment; but, both issues were remedied immediately.Overall, Titan Home Remodeling was a blessing. Wow! These guys are great. We have people stop all the time to ask who did our beautiful roof and Windows. The crew is so friendly and respectful, plus they always cleaned up after themselves, which is not normal for other contractors we've used. Plus, they worked with us on financing so there was no added stress for us. The general manager Francis stops by every once in a while just to see how things are going, chat and say hi, and just check on their handy work. Francis and his team rock! More...

Titan Home Remodeling recently installed gorgeous new windows throughout our house. Francis met with us initially and gave us a very informative presentation (he even did demonstrations! ) about the Anlin windows we'd be getting. The installation crew led by Frankie came out to do the job and  they were a great bunch of guys. Really nice, really courteous (even though my dogs were following them around) and they did a great job installing. Frankie would answer any questions I had during the process...he is a rad dude, really hard-working. The crew cleaned up after themselves and were professional. Everyone I met from the company was friendly. I felt like we were in good hands with this team. My only kerfuffle with them was a scheduling & communication problem. When I brought up my concerns to Francis he was on top of it and he apologized profusely. Because he listened and took my comments seriously, I feel comfortable giving the full five star review. For me, not only is the quality of work (which was great) important, but the relationship i have with the contractor.  It's not cheap to upgrade a home and I want to know I'm working with good people when I'm investing so much into a project. I will be contacting Titan when I'm ready for another home improvement project. More...

Titan Home Remodeling, is fantastic. They completed our roof as promised in three days all permits, roof tear off, wood replacement, a new roof with high-quality materials as was installed! In comparison,  my neighbor went to Home D..... in October and his roof is still not done. Trash is piled up next to his house. What a difference going with a professional team!  I definitely recommend them, they used high-quality materials, got the city permits had insurance and the job was done quickly, roof looks fantastic! We met up with Francis for the estimate. Francis presented himself professionally and was extremely thorough with explaining every step of the process, all materials involved, and exactly how they will exhibit themselves as a company. Once the process got started, it was on time, as scheduled. The crew was nice and friendly. They made sure they cleaned up daily. Everything that Francis said they would do, the crew did exactly. We opted to pay a bit more for better materials. We truly feel we got our moneys worth. There were some questions regarding additional materials and cost. That's when we had to have a conversation with Daniel Kim, the owner. He was a man of his word. He presented himself with true integrity and honesty. We highly recommend Titan Home Remodeling. The team is awesome. I also feel that if my husband was not here to assist me in any decisions, that Daniel and Francis run an honest business and look out for their customers. Quality at its finest. A guy came to our door asking if we needed work done. Because he wasn't pushy, I gave him my number for a quote. I told him NOT to give my number to anyone but the person giving the quote. The only people that used my number were the consultants. I was pleasantly surprised. The consultants were both very kind and helpful, and were there to help each step of the way. I have searched for months for a roofer and was so happy we came upon Titan. The roof looks amazing. And the guys who did the job were GREAT. Very very clean. Each time they left our house, you would have no idea any work was being done. Not a speck of dirt or debris anywhere. We will definitely use TITAN for our upcoming projects. Thanks guys. More...

I was shopping around for a new roof and Titan was the only company that explained in detail all the work it was going to be performed in advance with demo materials. Have to say, they weren't the cheapest option but when you consider the quality of the materials and warranty it definitely makes sense to stretch the budget. At the end of day, you always get what you paid for. I had the pleasure to have Mr. Daniel Kim listening to my concerns as I saw progress during the project and he went the extra mile to meet my expectations all the times. If that wasn't enough, Dan gave me an outstanding payment plan option.I am planning to go solar soon and its a piece of mind to know that I have these guys on my side to coordinate that project.By the way, I feel very sorry for the people that have so much free time to write a 1 star review because someone calls you to offer a product. I am on the "do not call" list as well and it actually happens from time to time that I receive a call or two. If you are not interested, just hang up and move on with your life. More...

We made an appointment for Titan to look at the painting needs of our house from wood to stucco.  Two of their employees, Richard and Michael, came by to do the above.  They spent a significant amount of time looking at what we needed and how it needed to be done.  Meeting with us afterwards, they went over which items should and could be redone and/or replaced in a comprehensive manner.  Their employees would not just come and paint our house but sand, fill, and redo the necessary structural items of our residence before taking out their brushes.They also explained the type of paints that would be used to give us desired colors and a life-time warranty which keeps our home upgraded for then and forever.  It should be noted that this would not be a one-day redo/repaint venue for them but at least four days to meet our home's recoloring needs. Titan also can offer a financial payment plan where you can pay off your loan during a time which is fiscally reliable for your budget.All-in-all, for what they do and how they do it, they are a titan in every way!! I contracted Titan Home Remodeling to redo all my windows and a sliding door. From day one, these guys were professional and had their act together.  Daniel, was polite and friendly, as well as very knowledgeable and experienced; it was great having him on our side.  He gave me a great price and great product. His team were clean and professional. The installation was quick and painless. I'm planning on hiring them again for even more improvements. I've looked for a long time to find an competent and trustworthy contractor. It's reassuring knowing that Daniel and the team at Titan is there to give me good advice on home improvements. In the end we're very happy with the job they completed. The windows and the door look great, and increase the security and efficiency of our home.
