Kim transformed a hotel ballroom into a fabulously romantic setting for our wedding reception! Kim listened to what we wanted. She made sure to order the colors that matched our vision perfectly! Kim was always available to meet with my daughter and me to review and assure that we were all on the same page. Also, Kim is extremely patient with her clients. She never rushed a meeting and met with us multiple times. She even took us to the flower mart for us to look through flowers to show us her ideas in reflection to what we had told her. Kim is truly in artist! The bouquets and centerpieces were absolutely stunning! And she rents out table cloths and chargers making your tablescapes come together more easily because you aren't having to deal with an additional vendor. Kim was absolutely AMAZING. I had a specific idea for my wedding day, and Kim had every single detail implemented into our florals flawlessly. The boutonnieres, bouquets, ceremony, and reception decor were beyond fabulous. I look through my wedding album photos and can't help but gaze at how perfect everything turned out. She met with my mom and I at her warehouse and we went through floral options and colors, and though I am not very creative, she knew exactly what I wanted and it was better than I ever could have imagined. Kim was also very supportive and calming when I needed help on direction. Kim at Timeless Fiori stepped up to the plate for me at a very difficult moment: just one week before my wedding day, I was in the position of needing to fire my month-of coordinator owing to a lack of professionalism and responsiveness. Kim jumped on a call with me to talk through my needs and expectations, and put me at ease. She agreed to take me on as a client on short notice, and as soon as I arrived in Dallas a few days later (I live elsewhere), she met with me to go over the day's timeline and vendor list. She handled the coordination with my vendors expertly, including a staffing agency, party rental company, caterer, bakery, and DJ. My wedding ceremony and reception were in the same space, which is otherwise an empty room. She and her staff created a beautiful setting! Originally I had planned to do the floral arrangement on my own but realized this would have been incredibly difficult to handle with out of town guests around and limited time. Timeless Fiori's staff did an incredible job on my floral arrangements and provided beautiful vases for their stunning arrangements. They likewise made all the gorgeous bouquets and boutineers. Kim is truly an artist. She created the arrangements for both the rehearsal dinner at my parents home as well as our wedding reception and she truly captured exactly what I had imagined.

We met with her 4 times before the event. She invited us to her studio twice to review photos of her prior work and then she created a sample centerpiece at the reception site as well as a visit to my parents' home. She combined some pieces we had already collected (lanterns, mercury candle holders, etc.) with some of her own and really created some beautiful arrangements. She also allowed us to use some of her linens, plate chargers and other pieces of decor so that we did not have to buy them and then figure out what to do after the wedding.

One item that really stands out to me - my father built an arbor that we stood under during our outdoor ceremony. I was already in love with the arbor as it was so meaningful to me, but once Kim decorated with curly willow, blooming branches and a beautiful iron chandelier, I had tears in my eyes when I saw it as my dad walked me down the aisle. I remember just looking at all of the details during the ceremony and thinking that I just wanted to soak it all in so I could always remember the beauty.

Kim was amazing. It is always hard to judge how your room will look even when you know all the details and you definitely have to have faith and trust in your vendors. Kim will not disappoint! The flowers at my wedding were AMAZING!!! Very beautiful. I told her what I wanted and she nailed it!! I cannot say enough about Kim!
She is a true professional, and while she is in business to make money, I believe she is more focused on you being very satisfied with the design you two have collaberated on, and that your day is beautiful.
She was flexible and accommodating, as well as creative.

We received so many "oohs and awws" about the decor. The weather caused us to move our outdoor ceremony inside, but as I am told (waiting for photos), you would not have known it was a plan B.

Timeless fiori did a good job with our flowers. However, the flowers for our mothers and grandmothers never found their way into their hands. Other than that, we were happy with the outcome of our flowers. The two large displays at the alter were absolutely beautiful and the bridesmaids flowers turned out great even though they had to improvise at the last moment because the star gazers didn't open.
