I have been training with Danielle for almost a year. She is terrific - her passion for fitness, nutrition, and overall health is infectious. In addition to high intensity interval training, she also offers guidance on nutrition, stretching, and meditation. In between appointments she will text me workouts to do at home. Danielle is a wonderful, fun, and knowledgeable fitness expert. Her programs are really affordable. When my wife first suggested her classes, I did not think that it would work for me. I couldn't have been more wrong. It is some of the most fun I have during the week. She is passionate about her job and you can tell its what she really enjoys doing. She cares about her people and very giving of her time. She never stops trying to help her clients hit their fitness goals. I have been a client of hers for well over a year now and I enjoy going to her gym and working myself raw.
