I founded Rick Harrigan Coaching under the guiding principles of promoting Power, Passion and Purpose as the keys to a successful, joyful, and fulfilling life and career. These principles can propel you and your career to new heights of awesomeness and create limitless possibilities for creation, productivity and joy.

I ran the gauntlet of the corporate world for 20+ years and I've walked through the fires of a mid-life awakening. I've come out the other side feeling completely empowered and passionate in my new role as a coach and entrepreneur. Now I want to pay forward my experience, passion and knowledge by helping others take bold action and rejuvenate their lives and careers as well!
