Although the process is difficult no matter the lender, what makes Think Mortgage unique is that they maintained communication with me throughout the entire process. Sometimes we could correspond by email 5 times a day and each time they would respond promptly. I truly felt they partnered up with me to provide me with the best rate and to make sure the underwriter would approve the loan. I have refinanced several times and I always DREAD it. My recent experiance with Mike and Think Mortgage has been by far the best out of all. I didn't have to have an appraisal, they requested minimal documents and manage to close in less than 3 weeks. To top it off, they got me a 3.75% which I am being told is unheard of these days. Working with Think Mortgage was one of the best experiences I've had!! I had a mortgage that the interest rate was about to double in a month. I was freaking out and didn't know what to do. I had very difficult commercial loan I had to close ASAP and could not get financing anywhere due to the complexity of the transaction. I thought it was a lost cause for sure until my financial advisor recommended Mike and his team at Think Mortgage. I can't THANK them enough. These guy are impressive. I went to all the major banks to try to get a mortgage. The loan officers at these banks acted like they didn't care and didn't really push for me to get a loan, probably because they had people contantly applying. Luckily I got in touch with John G over at Think Mortgage. He immediately had several options for me and advised me on what was best for me given both my long and short term goals.
