The Wow Factor, Inc: Staging & Design

Dawn is absolutely outstanding. Our home had been on the market for months, had over 50 showings and not a single offer. We did some more renovations, spent thousands of dollars, put it back on the market with the same result - lots of showings and no offers. Desperate for ideas, I contacted Dawn and had her stage the home. She finished staging it at 4:30pm and the showing scheduled for 5:00pm made an offer! While that deal didn't close (no fault of Dawn), we put it back on the market a month later and had 3 offers the first day we had it back on the market. We could have saved many thousands of dollars if we started with Dawn. I couldn't recommend her highly enough. In fact, she did such a wonderful job with that house we had her come to our home to help us "stage" it for our own enjoyment!!! Wow! Dawn from Wow Factor came to our home and, in two hours, provided a tremendous amount of valuable insight to help us stage our home for potential buyers. ID is ranged from clever rearrangements of furniture that she even helped implement immediately, to room color changes and hardware cabinetry updates that we can implement ourselves.
