I LOVED the buffalo chicken sliders!! I've already started thinking about what beer I'll pair them with the next time I'm at Adventure Brewing but I want to try the voodoo jerk chicken tacos, too. So many good things to try!

UFO Food Truck was at the Pumpkining. I noticed it when we first walked in but didn't think much of it. Passed by it again and glanced at the menu and thought, "eh. " But then my fiancé got hungry and wanted to try you guys out just cause you guys were the first thing he saw when he said he said that lol. I was a little hesitant at first and honestly didn't think you guys would be good at all. Usually places put outrageous names and crazy designs on there businesses/food trucks to make up for the lack of flavor and deliciousness on there menu. At least that's what I'VE personally experienced with food places. I was pleasantly proven wrong! My fiancé ordered your "BOOM BANG POW SHRIMP" Panco-breaded fried shrimp tossed the sweet Thai chili sauce. It was the most delicious thing I have ever had from a food truck in my entire life. I mean it was legitimately OUT OF THIS WORLD �! Beyond good. So crunchy, yet the shrimp was evenly cooked and yummy to eat. The sauce gave it that extra kick and the green onions sprinkled on top was the perfect way to seal it all in. I was so sad when all of it was gone and am now sitting in bed wishing I could order one right now! Can't wait to try everything off the menu, cause I'm hooked! More...

I've tried fish tacos from SO many restaurants and other food trucks. It's my favorite food. I tried yours today and they are BY FAR my favorite out of every single one I've ever tried anywhere. Absolutely delicious.

the food & the people are amazing! the chupacabra sliders were juicy & the toasted cheese with the onions & cucumbers was definitely a STELLAR combination. the spiral potatoes and sweet potato medallions were perfectly crispy and also tasted excellent with their respective sauces & seasonings. very highly recommended! Forget about the greasy slice of cheese pizza or a corn dog. This food truck offers out-of-this-world, carefully prepared meals.

After ordering 1 of everything, my tastebuds were amazed with every bite today. It was SO fresh.

Friendly staff. Look forward to many more UFO sightings.

UFO has recently started catering private events (not using the food truck), and we worked with them for our caribbean styled rehearsal dinner a few weeks ago. About a month before the wedding the caterer that we had previously booked fell though and we were able to find UFO to help us. We had given up on the thought of being able to keep w the theme, but were pleasantly surprised when Karen said they could do it for us. They were indeed able to deliver caribbean food that was delicious and included a lot of the staples! Karen was prompt and easy to work with through the whole process - we'll definitely keep them in mind for future parties! More...

We visited the UFO Truck at Adventure Brewing-South and really enjoyed the rockfish sliders with chips. The ribbon cut potato crisps were a little too flaccid for our tastes.

Delicious food and the bonus is the vegetarian options (my husband loved the sliders). The sweet potato medallions are a great "dessert" side. The jerk chicken sliders are good too. The employees are friendly as well, which is another draw. We will happily visit Old Bust Head when we see UFO is there to serve fresh, tasty, inexpensive (easier to justify going back for seconds) food. More...
