The Tuscan Rose

I previously worked at a florist so I am well-versed in flowers, quality of arrangements, etc. Our family knew that my Grandma had been unwell and that her passing was soon, unfortunately. I did my research in searching for a florist in S.A. to whom I could entrust her casket spray. When I decided on Tuscan Rose, I was not disappointed. From the get go, Chris was very patient and professional. It was the week of Valentine's & I knew that any florist would have a lot going on. He was incredibly accommodating. He invited me to email him the very specific list of flowers and shades that I'd selected for my Grandma's casket spray. He then took the time to call his wholesalers to see what was possible for getting in in time. He allowed me to come in and sit down and chat in person to go over it all. The following day he even allowed me to see all the flowers together. I really can't say enough about how much it all meant to me. Our family had entrusted me with this very important task in my Grandma's service; and, after experiencing such professionalism, I was able to breathe a sigh of relief knowing I could leave it in their capable hands. I initially had an issue with my arrangement but once it was brought to the Tuscan Rose’s attention, the owner personally reached out to me and offered to replace and upgrade my arrangement, free of charge. I liked the arrangements they offered on their website but I was looking for something special. I called and they asked if I could come by to see the flowers myself. I must admit that at first I didn’t expect to find a flower shop at the address they gave me but i was pleasantly surprised. In their shop, Maria created a gorgeous customer made arrangement for me. I had an arrangement sent out the day before Valentine's day and wasn't impressed with it. I called and the person I talked to bent over backwards to make it right. She sent a replacement bouquet and upgraded the arrangement I purchased for Valentine's day. I know they were swamped but they called and sent pics at nine oclock at night to make sure I approved. I was lucky enough to find The Tuscan Rose on the internet and since they had good reviews I decided to give them a try. After being bitterly disappointed with 1-800 Flowers I needed to find a quality florist in San
Antonio that I could depend on as far as using very high quality flowers and well designed arrangements for the very important woman in my life.

The Tuscan Rose is that florist. My order was delivered very quickly. I placed the order at close to 3:00 PM and was extremely surprised that they could deliver my order the very same day! That alone blew me away.

When the flowers were delivered my girlfriend sent me a picture of the arrangement and told me how very pleased she was with how beautiful the entire arrangement was and 5 days later they still look as beautiful as day one! I am VERY happy with The Tuscan Rose and I highly recommend them. More...

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! I met with Crystal, floral designer at Tuscan Rose/Freesia Designs regarding my upcoming May wedding and had an amazing experience with her. I had previously met Leticia and had experienced her customer service but this was my first time working with a floral designer for my own event. HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered a bridal bouquet for my sisters wedding. I called the order in over the phone and spoke to a wonderful lady named Elizabeth. I described to her exactly what I was wanting with gardenia's and white roses. I was so impressed when I went to pick it up. It was the most beautiful bouquet and it was exactly what I was wanting.
