From the beginning, Chelse and the Susan Glenz team was a dream to work with. Chelse walked us through the entire process to begin, then coached us on the best ways to market our home to get a top offer, which we did within a few hours of our listing going live. We couldn’t believe it! She also assisted us on the purchase of our new home. If I could give more stars I would! We met Alex after finding a home on Zillow and we knew she was going to make this process easy and fun. She was so incredibly patient with us as new home buyers and never pushed us to make a decision. As we were patient to find the right home when it came down to it she was there for us at 8pm to show us the perfect home. 24hrs later contract was sent and accepted! 6 weeks later we moved into our first home. Needless to say the SGT makes the process so simple and easy. They were there every step of the way and only a text message or email away from a silly question we always had about real estate jargon. Susan Glenz will help you find your dream home! She is attentive, responsive, and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond and continued looking for a home for me to buy even after my visit from California and looking at property to possible build a home fell through. I went back to CA and was not going to pursue it, but she called 2 days later telling me a home just went on the market where I had just been looking. Susan and her Team worked very hard in a short period of time (2 months) to help me buy this beautiful home. All of them were very responsive at all hours of the day and looked out for our best interest in all aspects of our transactions.
