We were so lucky to find Reverend Greg. We were so impressed by him as a person.
We spoke to him on the phone. This is where his experience in officiating marriages really showed. After a few minutes, he asked how we met and a few questions and found that we wanted a non-denominational civil ceremony. We didn't have a particular ceremony in mind, other than the quick "do you take this woman...", but Reverend Greg made some thoughtful suggestions that really struck a chord. He performed a hands ceremony, which ended with "I am marrying my best friend". That was exactly perfect.

Pastor Greg married us this past weekend and it was awesome.  We found him through Thumbtack and I was looking for an officiant who would be able to make it to the rehearsal and be on time and reliable for the wedding.  Pastor Greg was friendly and his hands ceremony (in lieu of candle, sand, dove, etc.) was a big hit.  We also were very touched during the ceremony even though we had already seen the draft.  Pastor Greg was flexible and custom tailored our ceremony draft for us.  I would highly recommend him to every couple.  He is also tall and photographs well.  Hire Pastor Greg - he is a PRO and his prices are very reasonable.In regards to those hardcore couples - we had already done extensive pre-marital counseling with the SF Christian Counseling Center prior to the wedding.  You do not have to do pre-marital counseling with the person that marries you but Pastor Greg offers it.  We were not too strict with that and we are glad we went with Pastor Greg even though we didn't do any counseling with him.  It really doesn't matter!  I would not hesitate to hire him (I am a Type-A control freak litigator/bridezilla and he did just fine). My husband and I can't say enough good things about Reverend Greg. He is so chill, which is especially helpful when the bride and groom feel so much excitement and nervousness. He did a wonderful job with our beach wedding and when we realized we forgot our paperwork for him, he actually followed us home to get it. Now that's service!!!
