The resort is quite large so after checking in you will most likely need to drive to where you will stay which is not a huge inconvenience. We enjoyed the townhome style accomodations and the sprawling gardens behind the buildings. There are also multiple pools so at least one will likely be closer to you. On top of all of this my favorite part of the experience was actually the quality of service offered. Not only was everyone very professional and courteous but they went above and beyond. We forgot something perishable in the fridge and they worked with us to have it shipped to us in a special container, making sure nothing went bad. We will definitely stay here again! More...

I had issues when I arrived because I had booked the wrong dates (my fault) the front desk staff did a great job and worked out my problem. Beautiful resort full of amenities...some of which you will pay for whether you use them or not, so use them!! We were charged $16 for the two days that we were there for the use of the golf cart shuttles which we never used but "they were available" for us. ..we just weren't made aware of that at check in. I went here in June for a conference. I enjoyed my time with the meeting rooms and food offered.
I had a king suite which was comfortable space from the bedroom to the living room. Decent channels for the evening along with a mounted TV in the room.
We had a smaller pool near our room which was convenient and the main pool had plenty of seats and bar service.
The resort shuttle can convenient as well since it can take you within a 5 mile radius for free until 9pm.
The staff were nice for the most part. One lady didn't seem to believe me that I was there for another day which was annoying so I had to explain about the additional papers that she had me sign when I checked in. Mind you the JD's sport lounge had amazing staff and decent food. More...

Absolutely stunning. We're here on my honeymoon and it's been great so far. We got an upgrade in our class of room. We had already booked a bi-level suite, but we were upgraded to the absolute best, an executive lodge. Everything is clean and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Beautiful resort in the heart of Scottsdale. Stayed a couple nights and even got to enjoy a couples massage that relaxed all the stresses away. Grounds are wide open and filled with cacti. The pool was nice and quiet for us as in the middle of 100+ degree weather. Room has a nice mini fridge and k cup coffee machine. We utilized the summer special that took off the resort fees and have us 100$ a day to use at the hotel. More...
