How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Identifying their needs, and making a plan from the start. Ensuring you move properly to perform the exercises needed to fulfill your goals. Each client is treated as an individual.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping people feel better and move better. I have enjoyed being a therapist and want to take my knowledge of human movement to the fitness industry.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to establish a business that went beyond the rehabilitation setting where I work.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a Physical Therapist Assistant in outpatient orthopedics and wanted to help people become stronger and move better beyond the rehabilitation setting to help bridge the gap between rehab and fitness.
