I have bought and sold several properties over the years but have never had a Realtor like Michelle! She jumped on a shovel to help me plant new hedges. She has a connection for anything you might need to get the job done. She had my house sold in 10 days and brought be top dollar. I am an appraiser and I can assure you, Michelle is one of the hardest working and most competent agents I have ever worked with. I was hired by the buyer's agent to appraise one of Michelle's listings and was told the buyer's agent would meet me for the inspection. When I arrived, Michelle was there "just in case" and the buyer's agent didn't even call until an hour later to see if I got in. She also listed the property at the exact amount it should have been listed at, and was always available to answer any questions I had. Needless to say, I was extremely impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. The last time I called her, she was painting a clients home. Who does that?
