Good experience at this property at a conference in the heart of downtown Eau Claire. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and 'trendy'. I stayed in a 'Manhattan full'-it was a pretty tiny space, I would've probably picked a King or 2 queen room for the rate difference per night. Housekeeping was also banging on doors trying to clean rooms well before 9am which was a little annoying but overall I'd stay here again. More...

This is a nice hotel. Well upkept, friendly staff, clean rooms. There are plenty of food and drink options within a reasonable walking distance. The room has HVAC where you can control the fan speed which is nice as it provides white noise. There is a nice and large gym in the basement. The hotel is priced at a premium and is high for the Eau Claire area, particularly when neither breakfast nor parking is included (although you do get a free cookie at check in). The TV in the room is slightly small. Shower head in the shower was very loud and the noise actually hurt my ears. More...

I absolutely Love staying here. Guest check in is wonderful, warm cookies who can ask for more? The premium suites are Amazing but all rooms are still great. The one thing I wish they would change in the rooms is the wallpaper.... I Highly recommend Breakfast! So much food, I've never had more delicious breakfast potatoes & the homemade jam changes frequently. Very very good! Two thumbs up More...

What a pleasure to stay at the Lismore! This is such a neat renovation and location - right downtown, steps from the arts center. We picked the Lismore as it was ideally located in the heart of things, we walked to the Local Store where we picked up our food and history tour, Later we walked to the beautiful Pablo at the confluence. I used Hilton points and the price wasn't bad for a Saturday night in such a great location. The staff at the Lismore are the most helpful, professional, and pleasant staff I have ever encountered at any hotel. Their hello's and smiles were genuine, whether they were moving linens or delivering room service, scrubbing the hallway walls (I actually saw a staff member cleaning the walls with singleminded determination, and even he paused to say hello and wish me a good day) or working the front desk. We stayed at the Lismore for a wedding and were very impressed. We had to wait for our room because we did not request an early check in , but staff worked to get us in so we had time to dress for the wedding. Friendly check in staff! Room was immaculate and very comfortable. I do wish they would have had a chair to sit on. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom had everything one would need including a walk in shower!! The location is excellent as it’s an easy walk to the Sat. morning Farmers Market, Phoenix Park, the splash pad, and local bars and restaurants. Excellent fitness facility!||For the price of $190 per night they really should provide a continental breakfast. The Informalst Restaurant was okay for brunch, but a limited lunch menu and service was slow!||Overall a nice hotel and I would stay again! More...
