Attorney Vyas has a vast history with arbitration, mediation, and negotiation. He has experience working on arbitrations before the United Nations' International Chamber of Commerce as well as dozens of arbitrations involving multinational construction companies, builders, and architects. Equipped with his engineering knowledge, Attorney Vyas is able to go through his clients’ construction contracts and explain the intricacies in an easily digestible manner. He settles many cases out of court and has experience in handling negotiations in a fair, reasonable, and prudent manner. Attorney Vyas is also a trained mediator and is certified by Maryland Courts.
