The Law Concierge, A Professional Corporation

I just had to write this review. I encounter different businesses all the time, but Carolina is so unique that I needed to write this and let others know. When I needed to hire an attorney, I called multiple offices, through yelp, recommendations, as well as attorney search sites. After speaking with so many attorneys, you get a sense of rhythm of how lawyers talk and what they are interested in. When I got to Carolina, she was so genuine and insightful, I immediately felt like I was her client. I felt confident she heard me and knew we had the same goals with our arrangement.  She was available when needed and kept me updated every step of the way. When working with Carolina, I felt like my case was her top priority and when it comes with important legal matters, I wouldn't want anything less. I'm glad I don't have any more legal issues, but if I did, I would instantly hire Carolina and start sending her all my documents. She might even get the documents before I call her! More...

Carolina has been my corporate attorney since the inception of the business eight years ago.  She took care of all the legal matters like filing corporation papers with the State and annual filings.  She has been there for me when I've had business questions. She is courteous, thoughtful and compassionate. She believes in me and my business and she has my back. Recently, she negotiated a settlement agreement on my behalf which saved me thousands of dollars.  She's a quiet person, but don't let that fool you when it comes to representing your business. Carolina was referred to me by a family friend. She was very compassionate to our needs at a despairing time in our lives as she executed all my parent's legal documents in a timely manner and made me realize that it was important to gather my legal documents.
