Kennebec has been my favorite restaurant of all time. This is where my daughters and I always celebrated my birthday and mothers day, until they all grew up and moved away. Kennebec did such a good job of remodeling it years ago. I enjoy imagineering I am in a Italian villa in the high alpine mountains. Such a nice warm feeling and privately away from hustle and bustle of downtown. And the food is delicious, fresh, and presented with executive chef quality and style. How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We meet with our clients early on, and as often as necessary in order to execute our clients' perfect event. Communication is key! We determine the style of the event and the preferences of our clients and their guests. We work with our clients to help them select the ideal menu for their particular function, taking into consideration seasonality, preferred dishes and flavors, the style, size and location of the event, and any special dietary needs.
