The Joy of Cleaning

I needed a last minute ove-out clean on a Sunday due to a variety of mishaps with my moving situation. I did some quick research and requested a quote online from The Joy of Cleaning. I was promptly provided one via email.The quote itself impressed me! It was itemized, clear and all-inclusive with no vague areas for 'misunderstanding' or potential upcharging. Seriously, it was so complete that after reviewing it, there was literally no question other than "Do you have anyone available for ... " Her rates were reasonable and competitive. They weren't the lowest but they definitely weren't the highest.Joy personally cleaned my place and did an absolutely phenomenal job! I could not have been more pleased with the results! From the initial quote email through the walk-thru and payment process, I was ridiculously impressed and satisfied. Her professionalism, meticulousness and perfectionism is reflected in every aspect of her service. Joy was very responsive in setting up my appointment and her follow through was very good as well. She called the day before to confirm my appointment and followed up with me after the cleaning!
