I looooove The Jelly Queens!! We met by accident- I was getting calls from their customers due to the closeness of phone numbers! ! ha! I called to let them know about it! How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We find out their favorite flavor profiles and customize everything we make just for them.
For wedding favors, we take the favorite fruit of the Bride and Groom and blend them together for their own special flavor, then design a label in their wedding colors too!
What do you love most about your job?
We love creating lovely, yummy food. Our kitchen is a wonderful place to come for a special brunch or tea party and a fabulous place for us to spend to spend the day. It is always filled with laughter, amazing food, and great smells!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was on Master Chef with Gordon Ramsey and after the show, they told me to go home and start my own food company because I made some of the best food ever - so I did!
