I'm so glad I went to The Refund Company for my tax prep last year. Before, I had been going to a personal friend to do my taxes through TurboTax. We were friends and services were super cheap. However, that friend inadvertently made a mistake that cost me 2 or 3 thousand dollars that I had to pay back to the IRS. It was so frustrating and stressful because the IRS doesn't care about people AT ALL! THE Refund Company helped me out get out of that hole and I still received a refund! So I came here because a good friend referred me..being that I was searching for a good place to get my taxes done.
My first impression when I walked in the office was wow! very updated, clean, spacious. Domonique was very helpful she asked me a lot of questions in order to make sure I got a maximum refund she also followed up with me before and after my appointment, which I thought was very professional. She also gave me the option of faxing, emailing or even taking a picture of all my documents in order to make everything much simple for me. I decided to bring all my documents instead and have her make copies. I indeed left very satisfied and I will definitely recommend anyone I know to come get your taxes done by her.
