We had a gas line installed since we planned to purchase a gas stove for our long overdue kitchen remodel. When the gas stove was finally delivered the gas line needed to be moved slightly and they came out a second time, at their cost. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable! We had a blizzard preventing Doug from coming on his scheduled day to do service and maintenance on two of our gas fireplaces. He came the day after Thanksgiving on his day off to take care of us.
