I so enjoyed my experience at Garden Brunch Cafe. Initially, I was disappointed that they seated me at their bar. But understanding the large crowd and I was a party of one, I understand. However my initial disappointment was quickly turned around by the awesome staff that attentive to my needs. The food was wonderful. The atmosphere was very comfortable and homey. Came here on a Saturday for brunch during a bachelorette weekend. We arrived around 10am. Had about a 30 min wait for 5 people. The place was busy and I now understand why. Breakfast and brunch is one of my favorite dining occasions. They knock it out of the park.A few started with a flavored coffee that they raved about (sorry I can't recall the name). I tried to do a keto friendly order but blew it. I had the spinach and feta omelet and added turkey ham). It came with red potatoes and toast. I also added turkey bacon. Please note, they do not serve pork however I did not miss it. The the turkey ham in the omelet tasted just like pork ham. The omelet was perfect! I had to eat the potatoes since they were on my plate after all lol They were soooo good! Seasoned perfectly. Others ordered the blackened fish with grits OMG so tasty!! The bananas foster pancakes are a must try! Worth evert calorie! Lol They were out of the salmon cakes by 10am on a Saturday! Safe to say I'll be back to try those. Last day in Nashville and we needed somewhere for breakfast! Googled nearby breakfast restaurants and this one popped up with lots of stars! ! We love and have eaten at the Garden Brunch Cafe before. Their drink menu is awesome as well as the entrees’. Unfortunately this outing was less than perfect. We waited extremely long for our food and when it came it was wrong. We ended up being pressed for time and didn’t enjoy my bananas foster. Don’t fret. The art and service are as incredible as the food. The sangria was an interesting and beautiful color. The spinach omelette was made perfectly and I'm glad they gave me cheese grits upon request, not just grits. They also made me this incredible strawberry lemonade when I didn't know what to order - it had some ice cream or something bubbling in it that made it better than I had ever before.
