I've seen this truck all over Hampton Roads and people are always loving their food and atmosphere they bring! they deal with such high volumes of people (many repeat customers )I'm sure it's hard to get everything exactly perfect every time but you all are doing a great job! I'm sure that's the only reason this company doesn't have all five star ratings! I don't think the malbon family has been in the food truck business anywhere near as long as the family has been in the food and catering business which is the most well know catering/ bbq company in Hampton roads and his been forever so I'm sure their food truck businesses will be soon to follow! We chose The Flying Pig to cater our wedding and it turned out fantastic! The food was amazing and the service was incredible. Everyone is still talking about the bbq and twister fries. Our guests thought it was so fun to have a food truck at the wedding and all of the extra food was gone the next day. John and his crew did such a great job. When one of our guests requested more food after they were packed up for the night, John took everything back out and put a plate together anyway. We were so happy with the food and the service.
