Joanna really believes in old fashioned service from the heart. I called almost at closing and needed a bouquet delivered yet that night. She volunteered to do so on her way home. She called around 7pm and asked me about the address. I had sent her to wrong house, yet still she called, got the new number and made the delivery. She doesn't know me, I am from Wisconsin. Joanna is probably my favorite person on the planet! The flowers brought tears to my eyes. They were everything I wanted and more! She actually went above and beyond! Everything was picture perfect and made very well.. I’m not the most gentle person so I frequently forgot the flowers in my hand were real (obviously nerves didn’t help lol) and not even a leaf came loose! They all smelled beautiful and fresh. While getting ready, she brought in all of our bouquets and even stayed to help me get the big ole dress on and adding touches of flowers everywhere for pictures. Such a sweet woman, I honestly can’t even express it enough. While setting up she noticed my cake wasn’t what I originally asked for (as I talked to her frequently about all my details). She added a few flowers throughout and literally fixed my whole day. Hands down, you don’t want to go with anyone else! She is passionate and loves her work.
