Came here for the first time with my cousin and it was awesome. Great facility with an awesome, encouraging instructor. The workout was a great full body challenge and had a road trip theme, where in the beginning you do a set of different exercises for twelve minutes and then the rest of the class was six different stations in a circuit. If I lived nearby I would be here every day! I do a ton of workout classes in New York and San Francisco and this was better than a lot of them. Next time I'm around I'll definitely be back. More...
