Delicious pizza and excellent customer service.Jimmie and his wife slung pies and manned the brick oven in the 90 degree June heat for our son's first birthday! Our guests were so impressed with the different variety they offered and all commented on how delicious the unique combinations were. They also offered a side salad (well composed and a nice option for variety). The last hour, delightful mini cannolis were put out for dessert. Jimmie was easy to coordinate with, thoroughly prepared, and very pleasant. They'll leave you the leftover pies and cannolis but our guests loved the pizza so much, we only got to put 1 box in our fridge! If you have allergies to consider, they are great to work with and extremely diligent. Please let them know before the event. Your guests will be in good hands; they take it seriously. So happy we went with the Fire Pizza Co. Hope we can have them back for another event in the future. More...

Wonderful business!! Pizza is delicious and they are very creative with their toppings! I love the sweet chili pizza and the Pesto one ! ! They will make any Pizza you want. They supplied everything needed and even had a nice tent up! My sister used them for my nephews 1st birthday party and it was very convenient and a hit with all the guests!! We had The Fire Pizza Company this weekend for our Grandson's 18th birthday party and the pizza was absolutely amazing and the cannoli's YUM.
The best part was they pulled up in front of the house set up and when they left other than the full bellies, you never would have known they were there.

We had the Fire Pizza Co truck at our house for our rehearsal dinner on March 10th. It was possibly one of the coldest weekends of the year. However, they were AWESOME! It snowed that day, so they planned ahead and brought the truck over a day earlier (we have a very steep driveway to go up). It went off without a hitch ! We had never had their pizza prior so it was a shot in the dark. The pizza was absolutely delicious! Our guests went for seconds, thirds and even fourths! We recently used this company for my nieces graduation party. Â The truck and everything they used to prepare the food was extremely clean. Â The two people working the truck and slinging pies were both very professional and friendly. Â They were very accommodating, making anything we asked. Â Even catered to the needs of an attending guest who had food allergies. Â All the toppings were fresh and the sauce they used had a good sweet flavor. Â I personally would have liked them to cook the pies a bit longer but everyone has their own taste. Â Especially when it comes to pizza. Â Crust is thin, and on the chewy side but has a really good flavor. Â They also had homemade cannolis that were amazing. Â My wife is not usually a fan and had 2. They catered our son's first birthday party yesterday. Â Jimmie was so easy to work leading up to the party. Â The novelty of the truck was cool to some and then the pizza! Our family and friends could not stop raving about how good it was. They loved the"unique " combos, Â like pear and pig, the hawaian, bbq pizza, mashed potato, Â and they went wild for spaghetti and meatball. Our guests were ordering right until last call. The Fire Pizza Company just catered an event for my family here in Northford, CT. They came in and made amazing, delicious pizza for a crowd of 40+ and quickly at that. They were lovely, professional, and made great food- all on a freezing cold day while working outside with their lovely oven. We eat a LOT of wood fired pizza in this family, and this was great.
